A clear agreement for a small daily practice.
The service
Useful Acts is a daily planning and reflection product informed by Adlerian psychology. It provides authored questions, member-authored acts, calendar context, private customization, optional reflections, and related account services.
Not therapy or medical care
Useful Acts is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace a qualified professional. If you may be in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
Trial and membership
The complete product begins with a fourteen-day trial that requires no payment card. After the trial, new daily use pauses unless a membership begins. The founding offer is $8 USD monthly or $60 USD annually, plus applicable tax. The price shown at checkout controls if it differs from this page.
Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews automatically at the chosen interval until canceled. Cancellation is available through account settings and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise. Deleting the account cancels the associated billing customer. Refund requests are considered where required by law or when a material service failure prevented use.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the content you enter. You retain ownership of your reflections, custom questions, and acts. You give Useful Acts the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, export, and delete that content as part of providing the service.
Calendar connection
Calendar access is optional and read-only. You authorize Useful Acts to request the selected event information needed to show the visible week. Provider availability and event accuracy may be affected by Google or another connected service.
Reasonable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other members, probe protected systems without permission, or use the product in violation of law. We may restrict access to protect members or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the practice available and trustworthy, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change when needed for security, provider requirements, accessibility, or the product’s purpose. Material membership or privacy changes will be communicated through the service or essential email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Useful Acts is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for Useful Acts in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to limit.
